Backless or low-back design for waiting zones: Waiting benches are often backless (or minimal back) because they sit along walls/windows without needing full booth privacy.

Fits your space & décor: Whether you go wood/metal legs, vinyl upholstery, custom lengths —match the style of your restaurant entrance so the waiting area feels part of the whole experience.
